i worked for this so called guy #Gautam #Ghosh on the opening of his so called restaurant The social Hub where i stayed the whole day to click pictures of the guest and food and he asked me for photos on the very next day and i gave him and then he asked me to come next day after taking pictures to collect payment but i couldn't go cause i was busy since i couldn't go i asked him to transfer my money he said I'll give today tomorrow but he never did. And it's been 7 months now he hasn't give me my payment he even blocked my number also when i call from another number he never picks up i even went to his shop today and his mother Said it's afternoon come in the evening and bring bills and when i visited her again in the evening cause she called she said that he's not in the city and he said he'll not give you the payment. What do you think I am? And the silly reason he gives for not giving me my payment is that when I called you , you didn't come on time so now I'll not give you the money and i don't have time but i gave him the photos on time i didn't make him wait even for a day and after giving you photos whenever i come to take my payment is my choice right even if i come after a day or after a year is my choice? If i had take advance payment and i wouldn't have given you the photos till now what you would have done come in my shoes and think? do i come for free? And what's up with this new rule that after working you'll have to go on time to take your payment according to them otherwise you won't get your payment? Do i look like your slave?
I've no words for this but if you guys know if i can file FIR against this then please let me know????
