Thanks for your review.To clarify, the items you mentioned were not unavailable, they were sold out. That’s what happens when food is cooked fresh and people actually order it We prefer finishing stock over serving reheated or compromised food.Our lighting is designed for an urban grill ambience, not hospital level brightness, and our seating is for diners, not an auditorium or event hall.If the expectation is unlimited space, tube light brightness, and every menu item available till closing time, that usually comes with frozen food and shortcuts which isn’t our style.
