We entered the hotel and no one was there to greet or even ask how many people we were to arrange a table. We had to search for a table and sit. Further, no one came to us with the menu or even didn't ask for water. We waited for 10mins and called the waitress. She came upto us and asked what do we need... And she was surprised that we were asking for the menu...! She gave us the menu and vanished. We finally left the restaurant feeling insulted. And no one asked what was the problem even..we had to go and tell that this was the problem and we are leaving. Bad service...!! Don't recommend this place at all.

I luv lobster, some one recommended this place...checked in with my family for dnnr seems we were the first customers for the night????..sry for the post...but , we were given extra care ,the food was served quick nd hot....we opt for Italian food grilled chicken,pomfret (bit smelly)..and drumsticks and chilly chicken for starters...
Will surely recommend , but the servers have to be attentive, we had to call again nd again 4 asking small small things...rest all was fine..thank u
