I am very happy with the service at Silver Tips. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Amar Ganapati, one of the night shift staff, who was incredibly helpful and explained everything to me and my friend so well. The rooms were beautiful, and the food was also excellent. Service: 5

The hotel experience was totally good and food was good to but the manager named amran was behaving rudely and not providing service properly we asked for some hot water at night they where not giving and arguing with us in any 4 star hotel they provide hot water at any time but in these they won't ig they provide tho they will say no the manager at night time named amran is so rude in behaviour so pls avoid these kind guy over there Service: 1
