Our stay at silver tips kothamagalam was truly exceptional the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating the rooms were spotless and beautfully designed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities made for a truly relaxing experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kothamagalam Service: 5

We just stayed there to attend a wedding in Kothamangalam. The property's wonderful general manager, Mr. Varghese, provided us with the worst service we had ever encountered. Aside from his unethical attitude, the ambience, the room, the facilities, and the staff's actions are all quite wonderful. I would like to award a five out of five to the property, but his attitude has only earned Zero but I am giving 1. Until he working there, I would never suggest it to anyone. I ask that the management provide him with specialised training on how to interact with and behave among guests. Additionally, please appoint a good general manager who is familiar with customer service. I respect people's age, and the only thing that matters is that he's safe; otherwise, things might go differently, like me at the police station and him at the hospital. This could assist the management maintain satisfied clients in the future, in my opinion.
