Its a novice initiative.....there is an entire school for differently able people who are deaf.... a big thanks from the heart to bajaj institute. Silent bakery is a bakery for these beautiful kids... They prepare fresh bread loaf... the lady escorted us to the kitchen and showed us the preparation ... they prepare the entire loaf and don't slice it to preserve the moisture of the bread.. We also ate mushroom n cheese croissant which tasted delicious... They have all kind of bakery delicacies like cakes, pastries, biscuits, breads, croissant etc.... One can get it from the truck... Their items are freshly baked and best in taste... it really outstand them from other bakeries... The aroma of bread and biscuits still enriched our nose buds even after couple of days..
