Hands down one of the WORST dining experiences ever. We waited over an hour just for starters — and still didn’t get all of them. What kind of joke is this place? It’s a three-floor restaurant with barely any staff running around clueless. Total chaos. We sat there for 1.5 hours — still waiting for food. Not even the full starter order was served, so we left before even touching the main course. Why waste more time? The prices are ridiculously high, and for what? Terrible, slow, disorganized service. If I’m paying premium, I expect at least the basics — like food being served on time. But clearly, that’s too much to ask here. Extremely disappointing. Avoid this place unless you enjoy waiting endlessly and being ignored. We will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. What a disaster.
