Pathetic food. A thali consists of a rassa, bhakri and solkadhi. And all that is not good at all. The fish was stale !! The staff is rude, they will make you feel like you are served for free. The owner is arrogant when we give a feedback and has no etiquette of talking to a customer. Go to Nav gomantak or Sindhudurg!! Worst sea food experience!

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC STAFF & SERVICE. I have been going to this restaurant for almost a decade now. Only thing good about this place is the food, but this time the staff behavior and service made it a very horrible experience. We were there to celebrate an occasion. We reached the place around 11pm , ordered our food & drinks. We again ordered for a starter, then when we asked for second round of drinks at around 12am ,the waiter says we are closed now. We had all the food on the table. He never mentioned it to us before that they close at 12 while taking our orders. While normally whenver I have been there they close at 1am. And when we called the manager he had extremely rude behaviour. We straight up paid the bill and left the place and they were least bothered. VERY VERY UNAPOLOGETIC. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered surmai thali, halwa thali, Prawns fry here. The fish was very tasty, quantity and quality was best. We loved the taste of the food and serving nature of staff. Overall it's awesome. Thank you hotel Malvan, you brought gavran swaad in Thane.
