Hotel Malvan, located in Panchpakhadi, is a well-known establishment celebrated for its authentic Malvani cuisine. Despite being an older hotel, it has maintained a strong reputation for its distinct flavors. We sampled their Chicken Sukha Thali and Fish Thali, both of which were excellent. I particularly recommend the Chicken Sukha Thali. The ambiance is modest, but the staff was courteous and helpful. However, during lunch hours, the place became quite crowded, and it felt like the staff was eager to turn over tables quickly. If you're looking to savor Malvani food, this place is worth a visit.
