I had booked the shahi potli for my daughters first birthday, I was totally disappointed in front of my guests. 1- AC was not working 2- They suggested their vendor decorator, party was planned to start at 7 and the decoration itself started after 7 pm, when guest arrived. 3- The photographer suggested by them will give you the pathetic photo, infact you can click more good quality picyures by yourself. 4- They were taking too much time to serv the food, Totally disappointed and will never recommend anyone. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Cheater and fraud restaurant.very pathetic experience.i have booked this place for my daughter's birthday party. We were so excited with the ambience but when it comes to services we were so shocked. The glasses in which they served the water was like plastic. Staff was not even taking care of the cleanliness of restaurant. The lady owner of the restaurant was so rude and cheated us. At the time of booking their behaviour was so polite and humble and on the day of event they were so rude and careless. They promised something else and delivered something else. They even charged for more people than the actual guests we booked and guest who came. They even added the magician and tattoo artists in the list of our guests without asking us. If you don't want to spoil your party pls don't visit here. There are just the cheaters who are here to make money at the cost of other's happiness. Even if you want to book this place for any event please take everything in writing because they are not the man of their words.

I don’t have any complaint about them it’s truly incredible they have lots of delicious Healthy Food like Quantity was enough for at a time.Delivered on time with good packing .order again soon
