Went here as the other restaurants around that area were full/had massive waiting times and we were famished. Boy were we glad that happened! Everything that we had here was amazing, not a single thing I could fault in the food or drinks department. The service too was impeccable. Nitin/Nitish (sorry I've messed up his name) was really friendly and helpful. Showed us the best deals and combos and also helped us order. I've recently come to know that they have other branches too so will definitely visit them more often. The burgers are well priced and you don't feel ripped off. The only niggle i had was the seating in the restaurant itself. There wasn't any AC and it's a very small place, i think most people order online from here. It was the only reason for the loss of a star. Absolute piece of cr@p! They don't know how to make a buff burger. Period. The meat was very well done (overcooked) and burnt on both sides of the patty. The patty tastes like one of those frozen packs you buy at a cold storage. And to top it off, the bread was stale. Bread crumbs falling all over the place with each bite. All in all, it tasted terrible. They charge as much as other premium outlets for this food. Btw, my order was Buy1Get1 free. Will never order again. The people who have left such wonderful reviews were either paid or they have no idea what a good burger should taste like. Sorry for not sharing a photo. Did not want to waste my time with such horrible food. Oh and lastly, it does not look anything like the picture shown while ordering.
