One of the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Room service staff and reception staff all are very arrogant and indiscipline.They should not be working in this industry they are not polite and soft spoken all are of ver bad temperament. They were not willing to provide basic room service. This hotel is running only due to location or corporate other wise behaviour of reception manager is so bad that I can't explain.Never book this hotel Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

Good hotel to stay when patient is in Apollo hospital . Nearby. Stayed there for a week - good stuff 1. Location is good 2. Cleanliness is ok 3. Late night checkin promptly supported 4. Rooms are decent - problematic 1. Staff multiple time opened room without knocking 2. One day very bad smoking smell coming in roof after going out for few minutes Overall still decent but can work on better service Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 5

I went to in Sentinel hotel jesola with my foreigner client from iraq. His staff Shahjahan fighted with me and used very undisciplined and un indescribable words and behaviour and with my client and abused.the Sentinel hotel has not good staff Specially shahah jahan his front office boy . he hasn't good minor & good behaviour with clients. I have complained about his bad behaviour to me from his owner but Sentinel hotel owner hasn't taken any steps against his staff doing bad behaviour and fight with me and with guest from.iraq .
