Outstanding food, service, ambience. We had pulled jackfruit quesadilla, not so balchao and so co la, everything was just superb. The taste was just perfect. Staff really ensures that you have best customer experience, they will suggest you the right food, even how to eat it for the perfect taste. You should also take the tour of the place if you are keen on seeing the second house build by Portuguese in that area. They have beautifully blended the old with modern touch. This is a must visit place to the outstanding food and service if you are in north Goa. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Almost half of the menu is vegetarian.

Having tried out all different place to eat in Goa , no regrets going here! From the ambiance / staff & service - all were impressive! Friendly staff recommended what to order and were not disappointed, infact we had a few dishes twice. . Wine drinkers beware...and everybody check your bill at this place!

A friend recommended this restaurant to me for my 60th Birthday dinner. I booked well in advance a table for 12.

I am a wine lover and I looked at their list online which only offers very low quality wines, I decided to order via the owner my own wine.

6 x Cloudy Bay (NZ Wine) retails in Europe for about USD25 a bottle In India INR 5556 (USD 67.00)

6 x The Chocolate Block (SA Wine) retails in Europe also for around USD25 a bottle in India INR 6995 (USD85)

To cut a long story short I was firstly overcharged by 2 bottles (my bill was for 14 Bottles) but worst still the owner charged me INR 25000 (USD 300) per bottle!

My bill for wine was USD 4200 for what I consider to be everyday drinking wines! When I asked the owner how this was possible he explained that a 300% mark up on wine is standard! The food was good and in total INR 16545 (USD 200)

The good news is that after first denying in writing that he had overcharged me, he delivered an envelope with INR 50000 (USD600) to my hotel.

Admittedly I should have asked for the price when I ordered. So a lesson learnt and I hope anyone reading this is possibly helped in the future. Also Check your bill carefully at this place!
