Scoop, located at New Market, is an okay place for spending your evening with family. The color & decor of the place are cute. The ambiance is quite noisy, but that's okay. The food is reasonable and pocket friendly. What didn't really meet my expectations was the service. It was just not too prompt. Also, I felt that the place doesn't maintain proper hygiene as it should. I could see mosquitoes on the table, the bottles mouth was really dirty. It didn't look fresh at all. I was so disappointed with a lot of other things. I don't want to write more about it. The pictures will say the rest. I feel the maintenance and cleaning should be taken care of properly.
