Food & ambiance is just ok. Service is bad, they charge 30 rs for water bottle in tier 4 city..which shows they are just finding ways to extract money from customer pocket. Manager of this place behaves like he is running dhaba, completely unprofessional..don’t know how to talk to customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They only have great interiors to boast about, but nothing else lives up to the mark. The food is strictly average, and the management is a complete disappointment. The managers are unresponsive and unwilling to address customer concerns, showing a lack of professionalism. Recently, I had booked one of their halls, and to my surprise, they demanded an additional Rs. 1000 for just 5 extra minutes beyond the booking time. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects their greed rather than customer service. Additionally, they avoid switching onn the generators even when it’s too dark inside the restaurant, making customers uncomfortable during their visit. On top of that, they provide Rs. 30 Bisleri water bottles, even though a Rs. 20 bottle is more than adequate and affordable in this city. Their approach to squeezing money out of customers in every possible way is extremely disappointing. Overall, while the interiors may look impressive, the poor management, average food, and exploitative practices make this place a regrettable choice. It’s disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior from a place claiming to be one of the best in the city. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Avoid this place for gatherings or small parties. I had a terrible experience during a family gathering. Their main focus seems to be finding ways to charge extra money, no matter what. The manager and senior staff is extremely unprofessional—they have no idea how to treat customers with respect. When I raised concerns, the manager said, “If my owner was here, he would charge you double what I’m charging.” It’s clear they don’t value customers at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
