I recently visited the Sanctuary Bar and Kitchen in Hyderabad, after having a great experience at their Goa location. The restaurant's ambiance is rich and luxurious, situated on the posh Jubilee Hills main road. We ordered the pepper chicken and fish starter, which were served in small portions but tasted good. We then ordered the chicken 65 and veg penne pasta, which had generous portions and were delicious. The tandoori chicken, Thai basil rice, and butter chicken with roti were also very tasty. Although the dal makhani and dal fry were slightly bland, the chocolate brownie and ice cream dessert was served in a good portion and tasted well. Overall, it's a great place to visit for a feel-good atmosphere. Horrid experience. Manager would be kicked out if he worked like this at any other restaurant. Rude staff who have the power to kill your mood and scar your memories for everrr. If you ever find yourself inside this restaurant by any chance, my advice is ‘Run’…run as far as you can till this place is out of your sight and then.. run some more just to be sure.
