Had gone for my husband’s bday . Had ordered the harissa pomfret among other things . The fish was cooked well but the harissa coating was not cooked on one side . When the issue was bought forward , the server took the fish and reheated and got it out which really did not solve anything , then the head chef showed up saying everything is proper with the dish and made it sound that we had no clue of what we were eating , then he said wait 15-20mins and he will make another one , but to our surprise the server came with a piece of cake after almost 25 mins and said this is on the house for the birthday. The chef , the manager all just disappeared and when called for the manager who showed up after another 15-20 mins he said nothing can be done and spoke to another senior on the phone and offered me 10 percent discount on the next visit . They really thought that was going to Happen . Over all the experience was totally ruined and the hospitality was probably the worst for a premium restaurant.
