I recently visited Piccola Roma Pizza in Vagator, and it’s safe to say — this place is a total hidden gem. The highlight? Watching my chicken pizza being made from scratch. The dough was hand-stretched, the toppings laid with care, and the whole thing slid into a wood-fired oven right in front of me. That crispy, smoky crust? Absolute perfection. I tried both the Diavola Pizza and Chicken Pepperoni Pizza — both full of bold, balanced flavors and top-quality ingredients. Moving on to the main course, the Seafood Risotto (Alla Pescatora) was creamy, comforting, and generously loaded with fresh seafood — not an easy thing to find in Goa at this level. The Pesto Fettuccine with Chicken (Pollo Affumicato Pesto) was another standout — fresh pasta, rich pesto, and beautifully cooked chicken. Their mocktail menu also deserves a shoutout.
