One of the worst hospitality ever seen.
I have visited the Cafe with my family in July 2022.Firstly, the photographer asked us to get clicked for the Cafe page. We agreed and had multiple shots till they get best as per their standards.
Later, after few days, I got added in their July 2022 whatsapp group without my permission. I messaged that if they could share the photographs but in revert they asked to get their promotion done.
The worst part: when I denied that I don't use Facebook, they didn't respond any chat. Upon calling the number, I have been softly asked that they are sorry for this and will try if they can provide the photographs.
Over weeks, after not hearing from them, I called again, and this was really unpleasant and unprofessional. Manager said, If I have not called or reverted it means a No.
This is really insensitive about the customer and their beliefs. If I have been asked for the follow up then I should hear from them. It's never about photos, it about how you treat.
This Cafe is in my blacklist and will surely not recommended to anyone.
If needed, I can prove my points and disclose the person's name.
