Coffee is something that I need it first in the morning. As soon as I get up, I make sure I head to the kitchen and make a coffee for myself.
I go across town and try different coffees and most of the times I brew them myself.
Recently while I was exploring through accounts on my Instagram profile and came across account of The Sacred Buna and as far as I remembered, Buna means coffee so I just messaged them to see what do they offer.
The guys gave me a call and explained me what the brand was about and how they do flavoured Cold Brews and work on subscription basis but upon requesting them, they fulfilled my request of ordering so I decided to give it a try and ordered for a couple of bottles of different flavours. There was Pear & Jaggery, The Classic, Parle G and Nuttella. They also had Rose, and Dates but I was more keen on the former 3 flavours. Pear & Jaggery - Unusual when you hear it for the first time but tasted pretty good. The tartness from the pear was cut down by the sweetness of the jaggery and also a slight bitterness that the coffee usually has was just balanced out. The Classic - I will have to say, hands down this was the best for me. I prefer my coffee just like the way these guys had brewed it. This is a must try for all coffee people, trust me, you will love it. Parle G & Nutella - this one is for the indian palate, giving them a taste of the famous and everyones favourite parle g biscuit and the chocolaty from the Nutella. This was not bad but hands down to the classic, that was my favourite. This was a tad sweet for my palate when I know I am drinking coffee. But this will work for people who aren't a big fan of black coffee without sugar. The guys at The Sacred Buna also told me that they will be coming up with new flavours soon and I cant wait to try it out. Give them a call and find out about their subscriptions as well.
