Visited Crowne Plaza over a Friday evening for dinner at the royal root with family. This place is slightly away from city and situated at an industrial area. Given the location is supposed to be noisy, I had my apprehension but as soon as you enter the property all you get is serenity and calm. Even the road traffic noise is minimal on-premise and inside the property, it's nil. Talking of service the staff is quiet courteous and welcoming. From vallet to welcome staff, guards and servers are all prompt and ready. Since I only visited for dinner, so can't really say much about rooms, stay or other facilities. The royal root caters to patrons who like to enjoy Indian dishes with fine dining experience. The have a limited menu but almost every item is a special and pleasure to your senses. You'll hardly go wrong with anything even if you're trying it for the 1st time. Cocktail and mocktails were prepared to the tee and only added to the flavours. This place has live instrumental music which is quiet soothing. All in all a perfect place if you want to spend quality time with friends and family. Special mention to chef Ravindra and his team for the awesome food they prepared.
