The cake was stale and had visible fungus growth, making it inedible. The moment we cut into the cake, a foul smell emanated, rendering it impossible to consume. What's even more distressing is the appalling customer service I received when I reported the issue to your shop. The staff responded with a dismissive attitude, claiming the cake was fresh despite the obvious fungus growth. Their denial and lack of concern for customer satisfaction were shocking.
