We (3 families) had a wonderful short stay at the villa. Five stars to the owners and staff for impeccable hospitality. Villa - Great landscaping and well maintained lawns. Some rare trees as well. The outdoor pool is clean and well lit even in the night. The swing and hammock was really popular with our 4 kids. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Kitchen is adequate - has a fridge, oven, hot plate, sufficient number of glasses and plates/spoons. Food - hand’s down winner as the ingredients are plucked in front of you; so the taste is noticeably fresh. The chicken, paneer, bhindi, dal were real standouts. Gajar halwa was loved by all and we had it for dinner, stored it and had it again for breakfast. The fresh milk coffee/tea is tasty and we couldn’t resist having multiple cups. Hospitality - owners are really warm and personally inspected the villa before our check in. The caretaker family is very responsive and always ready to help with a smile. Location - villa is 15-20 min drive to MTDC boat club which is great lakeside place. Our kids went crazy with boat ride, food plaza and play area at the club. Villa is also very close to Peruchi Wadi - a famous misal spot. A medical shop is nearby, 5 min walk, at the intersection on the main road. The location is pretty good from a family perspective. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing weekend. Thanks to owners and caretakers for creating such a wonderful experience for us. We would definitely recommend the place for families and kids.

We were group of 9 boys, and had stayed a night here; we had a wonderful and memorable experience. The Villa was maintained very neatly and cleanly, and had lots and lots of amenities. Multiple bathrooms, wash basins, AC, heater, air cooler, kitchen crockery, chairs, sofas. There are even multiple books in the rooms. Interior decoration is also beautiful and the size of rooms was spacious. They also had game items like cards, badminton, etc. It also has private swimming pool which was neatly maintained. And there is green lawn infront with swing. Food and staff were also good.

The Roseate Villa offers outstanding service, beautiful rooms, and excellent amenities. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!
