Our experience at Edge was terrible. We were seated on the rooftop, but no one attended to us for over 20 minutes. The area was filled with mosquitoes and looked poorly maintained. We moved inside, but the service there was no better. Every small order took 10–15 minutes, and we had to remind the staff multiple times. The staff seemed careless and unresponsive. We would never visit again and strongly advise against this place. It was very surprising to receive such pathetic service from Novotel.
