Our experience at Edge was terrible. We were seated on the rooftop, but no one attended to us for over 20 minutes. The area was filled with mosquitoes and looked poorly maintained. We moved inside, but the service there was no better. Every small order took 10–15 minutes, and we had to remind the staff multiple times. The staff seemed careless and unresponsive. We would never visit again and strongly advise against this place. It was very surprising to receive such pathetic service from Novotel. I visited this place on Diwali eve with my family, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The ambience, the view, and the food were all exceptional — a perfect festive evening! What truly stood out, though, was the warm hospitality of Shyam. With his ever-polite smile, he ensured we were comfortable and happy throughout our visit. Even on his own festival, he was there to make ours even more special. Thank you, Shyam, for your dedication and heartfelt service — you made our celebration truly memorable!
