Not Recommended – Poor Service and Dirty Ambience I recently visited The Roof Tree Cafe at MP Nagar Zone 2 and had a very disappointing experience. The infrastructure is outdated and poorly maintained, with visible signs of damage. The ambiance lacks charm, and the place doesn’t feel clean or welcoming. The staff seemed immature and highly unprofessional. The service was painfully slow—I had to wait over 40 minutes just for a basic order of roti and chicken Kolhapuri. When the food finally arrived, the rice quality was substandard, which only added to the frustration. The hygiene standards are shockingly low. The washroom and handwash area were extremely dirty, and even the staff at the payment counter appeared disinterested and careless. Overall, The Roof Tree Cafe failed to meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, clean surroundings, or decent service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
