Worst experience. I have booked my ticket through dine out for nye party . When I reached there they denied our entry and mentioned that they don’t accept dine out ticket . They lied that Swiggy has mentioned without their consent and they charged extra 1000 rupees than ticket price . He was not ready to listen to my problems and they treat customers like bullshit . Secondly ,no plates to have starters in pub and have to wait long time. So couldn’t enjoy the food as well . Additionally Big fights happened in the pub between few guys which spoiled everyone’s mood off the party completely. Stay away from ramada if you need peace and if u want to be treated well !! Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointing Experience at Extase - Pub & Kitchen I recently visited Extase - Pub & Kitchen at the Ramada Hotel, Chennai, and was left disappointed with the service and pricing. The staff at the bar counter were unprofessional and failed to provide a bill for the alcohol served. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for a 30ML of Royal Challenge liquor (Rs 500) and a beer (Rs 500, despite an MRP of Rs 85). Unless they improve their service and pricing transparency, I would recommend exploring other options. It's unfortunate, as the location and ambiance had promise. Hopefully, they will take customer feedback seriously and make necessary changes. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
