Bad experience in food and servicing. Don't order Mojito, Any rice related dishes(fry rice..) , Laccha Paratha and chicken combo. Ewwwwwwww!!!! Visit this cafe 2 times but extremely bad experience. The servicing in the first day was so disgusting. We wait atleast 45 min!!! Overall I don't like this place at all. It's just a "wannabe resturant" but actually not good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹200–400

I am very grateful for the service of The Red Cup Cafe. I had ordered from Zomato, and accidentally, they forgot to send the ketchup with the fries, but very kindly, a person from the cafe (I forgot to ask the name, sorry) came to give me the ketchup despite the rain, since I had no ketchup. The best French fries I've ever had. I will never forget your kindness. Thank you once again!! I will visit the cafe next time when I'm in Alipurdwar. Food: 5 Service: 5
