I regularly order through Swiggy, and the Red Box restaurant has always been one of my favourite places—especially for their soups, momos, and noodles. Earlier, the food quality and packaging were consistently impressive. The soups used to be rich, flavourful, and perfectly balanced, but nowadays they taste watered down and lack the depth they once had. Even the packaging has changed drastically. Previously, the food came in sturdy, well-designed containers that reflected the restaurant’s Chinese aesthetic. Now, it arrives in cheap plastic black boxes that don’t match the quality shown in the images on Swiggy. Overall, the experience and value have dropped compared to what it used to be. I ordered food through Swiggy. Burnt garlic rice was piles of rice with few bland chicken pieces and no sign of garlic. Tasteless. Chilli chicken was some chicken floating in watery soy sauce. Bland again. Overall it was so.....bad that I wondered how did they got 4 star rating. Food: 1
