Good quality food The business model is very nice.. They know how to get good margin while providing food without compromising with the quantity. I am damn sure you won't be able to taste each and everything if you keep eating same thing again and again. Best way to utilise best is to taste every item in small portion. Starting with like chowmin, paneer tikka, crispy corn, chana chilly, Schezwan noodles, fried rice, Schezwan rice, hakka noodles, pizzas, garlic bread are the must try food here. Soda and slush are the best to compliment them. Secondly, chaat is very nice and a must try item here. Dahi gupchup and water gupchup are not that much good in taste. In south indian Dosa, idli are best in taste like any good south indian restaurant. You can try in small portions. In main course you will get the good but not the best deal would say. May course is quite weaker segment here only few items like garlic naan, veg Biryani are very good. Paneer gravy was the worst paneer butter masala I ever had. In sweet moong dal ka halwa is just wowsume. Gulab jamun is not that good but okay. Instead of all you also enjoy more variety like popcorns, variety of salads, kheer etc My suggestion will be please open a private and seperate banquet hall for parties without disturbing the common buffet. Your property size is very good... Raipur gonna love it.. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
