Qebab Quisine is a casual dining restaurant located inside Raddison hotel in MIDC. They have recently revamped their interiors and menu which looks really impressive.Went for Saturday lunch and tried their new menu which is curated by the their Head Chef Our Veg Menu was as follows :-Welcome Drink* Shikanji - Served Cold* Masala milk - Served HotSoup* Tamatar Tulsi Saunf ShorbhaStarters / Appetisers* Tulsi Malai Hari Mirch Paneer Tikka* Palak Chaney ki ShammiMain Course* Paneer Nizami* Subz Abeer* Dal Mahjabeen* Vegetable Biryani* Assorted Bread Basket ( Tandoori Roti, Naan & Lachha Paratha )Meetha / Dessert* Kesari Badam Phirni* Khubani ka MeethaFOOD REVIEWIt was pouring heavily when we entered so a hot glass of masala milk was the perfect way to get settled on our table. I had a small portion of soup too to get me extra warm and it was delicious Paneer Tikka & Palak Chaney ki Shammi were like chalk and cheese but equally good. They served a tiny potion of quinoa salad & a basket of Papad between our appetisers and mains which was perfect as it kept ur going until our main course arrived. Loved the paneer ki subzi, dal and biryani which was rich in texture and flavour. Both the Desserts were served together and portion size seemed less but it was just about right to finish a satisfying meal without over eating.The Chef used minimum oil, spices yet the dishes weren’t bland or mild in flavour. The preparation technique used was really impressive and even after eating so many items I dint feel bloated or heavy as you usually do after an indian meal. The Food was delicious, beautifully presented yet light on my tummy which was perfect DECOR, AMBIENCE & SEATINGWhen you first enter this restaurant you’ll be blown away with its sheer beauty & lighting which makes this place alive,one of the best I’ve seen in mumbai. Usually restaurants are dimly lit or there is uneven lighting but this place has adequate lighting everywhere.The Table is very well arranged and the decor is modern, classy and elegant.You can see the kitchen through a transparent glass where they are preparing your order which is a nice touchThe staff is well groomed, rehearsed with their menu and serve your with a smile which is so good. In terms of staff management & hospitality it was impeccable.VERDICTGood restaurants don’t just take care of food quality and taste but put equal emphasis on preparation, presentation & hospitality. Qebab quisine does a wonderful job in all these departments.Overall I had a wonderful lunch experience and it was a refreshing change to experiment with a new menu rather then order your usual dishes.
