The experience at The Project Café was extremely disappointing. First, the hygiene is very poor. The table and seating area were not clean at all. The food quality was below average, and the taste did not justify the price. The worst part. I found a hair in my food, which is unacceptable. When I informed the staff, their response was casual and not professional. No proper apology, no replacement suggestion, nothing. Service is also very slow. It feels like they don’t value customer time. Overall, bad hygiene, bad service, and unsafe food experience. I will never visit again and do not recommend this place to anyone.
