It was our first time in Cuttack and our friends suggested to give the popeye theory a try and when we reached to the restaurant the owner was so welcoming and they suggested their best selling items we gave it a try and it was worth giving a shot. Being a foody I couldn’t imagine such a soul satisfying food in whole of Cuttack. Must give it a try! Do visit this place.
