I recently visited The Plate Restaurant on the Karjat-Chowk highway and had a wonderful experience! The ambience is beautiful – clean, spacious, and perfect for families or groups. It feels modern yet comfortable, making it a great stopover on a long drive. The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure everything was served just right. Food was delicious! We tried the Manchow Soup, Paneer Starters, and Pot Rice – everything was flavorful and nicely presented. Portion sizes were good, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. It’s a pure-veg restaurant, which is a big plus if you’re looking for tasty vegetarian options while traveling. Service was prompt despite it being a busy weekend, which impressed us. Overall, The Plate is a perfect place to relax, enjoy good food, and take a break from the highway rush. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Karjat – definitely worth a. Badly understaffed . Waiting time is endless . Staff doesn’t know whom to serve and lost . When it’s a holiday time staff should have been prepared .
