The food was great, the atmosphere was okay and so was the service. It's self service based, so you gotta place the order on the counter and pickup the food yourself. Their Makhani Pizza is a must have. In my opinion, the overall vibe could've been better with some music, but I don't mind the silence since it gives you the space to talk. Cheers! We bought pizza from the pizza story karnal the quality was very poor, base was thick and stale, staff don't care about their clients at last we never be suggested about the pizza story.
