Love the cookies from the pink truck. They are perfectly gooey and not too sweet! Especially the new chocolate walnut cookie is heavenly!!

My Mama and Mami turned vegan 3 years ago. They’d not had a chance to eat any cake over the past 3 years. Last night broke the drought. I ordered the Vegan Chocolate Cake and it was downright delicious. Beautiful stuff.
Also, I’ve tried various cookies they sell as well. They too, were from another planet. It was the best. Their Brownie was no slouch too.
The Pink Truck is my new go-to dessert and pastry place in Mumbai. Period.
