A gourmet restaurant with a delectable array of French and Mediterranean food and an extensive cocktail and wine list, The Pier is yet another new addition to the elite fine dining places in SoBo. With a global outlook, the European cuisine at the restaurant is specially crafted to satisfy the taste buds of a food and drinks connoisseur who is well served with the nuances of fine dining. The Pier restaurant takes one on a delightful culinary experience. With a food menu that speaks volumes about the place, the place is set to lure foodies in town. An extensive alcohol menu adds to the complete European dining experience. The look and feel of the place is quiet and soothing. The interiors support a soothing blue and brown colour tone giving the look of an actual pier. The dim lights along with soft ambient music make the place ideal to relish a delectable meal. There are candles at every table and the seating arrangement includes wooden chair tables as well as sofas. With tall bar stools, the bar is also a pretty good place to hang out while enjoying one’s favourite tipple. To my surprise, The Pier also has Japanese Sake in its alcohol menu list, which is quite an unusual drink to find in restaurants in Mumbai.
