The staff at The Peg are amazing, especially the bar tender/waiter. When one young Punjabi waitress told us rudely they had run out of Old Monk ( it’s like Rajasthan running out of sand), the male waiter went around the hotel and found us a bottle. He was extremely friendly, personable, and courteous. This was on August 2. The food was good, and the satay sauce to die for.
