Disappointing Dinner Buffet After 30 Years of Loyalty Our family has been dining at Residency Pavilion, Coimbatore for over 30 years, right from its inauguration and through multiple renovations. While an occasional dish missing the mark is understandable, tonight was extremely disappointing. The dinner buffet was a letdown—food was served cold, several items were undercooked, and most dishes were not prepared to basic culinary standards. There was not a single dish that was done right, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. This was a complete breakdown in kitchen execution, and far below what we expect from a restaurant of this legacy and reputation. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the quality and consistency issues urgently.
