Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth Visiting As I was craving some authentic Punjabi-style food so I visited here. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I ordered Hara Bhara Kabab,Paneer Tikka Butter Naan, Paneer Kolhapuri, Plain Rice etc. Hara Bhara Kabab: This was the biggest letdown. What I received was NOT Hara Bhara Kabab—it was just a yellow-colored vegetable pakora with chopped beans and onions. No spinach, no peas—nothing that makes it "hara" or "bhara." When I complained to the staff, they casually replied, "This is how we serve it in all our branches." They were completely dismissive of customer feedback. According to them, it’s fine as long as they’re consistent—even if they’re consistently wrong. Butter Naan: Completely undercooked and doughy. Clearly rushed and poorly prepared. Paneer Kolhapuri: Lacked any Punjabi flavors. It was supposed to be spicy as per their recommendation, but it was strangely sweet. Totally misleading and disappointing. Plain Rice: The quantity was laughably small—barely enough for one person. To top it off, the service was pushy. As soon as we ordered the starter, the waiter insisted we place the main course order immediately—not for efficiency, but clearly to rush us out and free up the table for others. They seem more focused on giving the place a “Punjabi look” than delivering real taste or quality. It’s just a total waste of time and money. This place is overpriced, and you end up paying a lot for bland, tasteless food that doesn’t resemble anything close to what’s promised. Hello Chennai, No crap review! Go to this place when you want to have good food, you will be fully satiated and happy after coming out from the place. Wide variety of cuisines. We had one kumbh makai paneer. Combination of corn, mushroom and paneer. Excellent dish. We took tandoori roti, that was very soft and comforting. Must try- Masala chaas. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
