Unable to provide service. Forgetting starter order Breads were uncooked we complained to waiter told this is not our job this is cooked by kitchen staff. Don’t recieve onion with main course even after asking 6 times. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Staff is not trained properly. They mostly forget the order which is placed by customer from 10 items only 2 or 3 will be placed or food provided by patiala club is not properly cooked. While we tell them and compliant about the uncooked food the staff misbehave with us Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We had an extremely disappointing experience at the Patiala Club. Since we were not members, the security staff treated us with utter disrespect and rudeness. Their behavior was shockingly unprofessional, lacking even basic courtesy and decency. It felt as though we were being looked down upon simply for not being affiliated with the club. It was a complete absence of manners and humanity. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
