Very bad service from manager and staff members. They have no sense how to talk to manage crowd . Frequent change of manager ultimately leads this kind of inconvenience. Very poor management.

I had one of the worst experiences at this resort. The property might look good, but the behavior of the manager completely ruined our stay. The manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and unhelpful when we raised a simple concern. Instead of resolving the issue, he spoke disrespectfully and showed no courtesy or professionalism. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. We had chosen this resort expecting relaxation and good service, but the attitude of the management made our trip stressful and disappointing. I would strongly not recommend this place until they improve their staff’s behavior and learn basic manners of dealing with guests.
