Food is really tasty and cleanliness is also great. Variety of food for veg + nonveg options is superb. Masala chai is superb. Even cold coffee in the breakfast was lovely. Few suggestions: - Chocolate donut in the breakfast could have been better as the chocolate layer tasted artificial while the white chocolate was great. - Panckaes and waffles were not good in taste, maybe the batter is something different than normal. It tasted bitter and we never tried it again for the rest of the stay.

My family ate chicken clear soup, mutton pepper fry, and an avocado salad in the afternoon at the Palms. By late evening, my eldest son and I were constantly throwing up and had to urgently call a local pharmacy in the middle of the night to deliver the medicines. We have now consulted a doctor and are recovering. However, Goa needs an independent hygiene authority, or else with increased heat and poor management oversight including poor training and an under-developed food cold chain, this problem shall only increase.
