Ordering nicely cooked soup, fried chicken and seafood is a nice experience here. At this restaurant, try good waffles. Great juice will make your meal better and you'll surely come back.
You can enjoy live music in the evening. The staff is creative that's what makes The Palms so good. Fine service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. This place got negative comments because of the downscale atmosphere. But the overall score of this spot on Google is 4.

Interesting that a place that calls itself a coffee house doesn't have more than cappuccino or black coffee. On a Sunday, when this place was completely empty, we went around 12 for a cup of good coffee. We were told they only have Nescafe. For a 5 star hotel, I expected soo much more. We instead ordered a kokum sherbet which toom 15 minutes to arrive. If you want a place to cool off from the heat, it's great. But not at all by any means for a "coffee shop". Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

My family ate chicken clear soup, mutton pepper fry, and an avocado salad in the afternoon at the Palms. By late evening, my eldest son and I were constantly throwing up and had to urgently call a local pharmacy in the middle of the night to deliver the medicines. We have now consulted a doctor and are recovering. However, Goa needs an independent hygiene authority, or else with increased heat and poor management oversight including poor training and an under-developed food cold chain, this problem shall only increase.
