Rooms doesn't have ventilation, no exast in bathroom. No power backup, water heating issue,had to take bath with cold water in Shimla climate. Vehicle reachability till hotel is issue, had to manually left luggage...overall not a good experience.

All services are excellent, tasty food, clean room and spaceable. And the reception guy name Amit bhai is really caring person. He took care all things and ready to feel the guest as family member. I suggest to all to try Hotel The Paal Shimla.
