Ordered a mini cake from The Oven DH Road for Valentine’s Day 2025, and it was a complete disappointment. The cake arrived in a damaged condition the writing was smudged, the cream was a mess, and everything was pressed against the packaging. Clearly, no care was taken while handling it. When I reported the issue, their response was basically, “We can’t do anything, we’re busy with other Valentine’s Day orders.” No attempt to fix the situation just a complete lack of professionalism. I wonder how many others faced the same issue that day. If you can’t even deliver a single cake properly, what’s the point of taking bulk orders? It’s better to focus on quality rather than just pushing out as many cakes as possible. Never again ordering from The Oven. I had a very bad experience. We went to the shop and started with some donuts and Brownies... After that a lady arrived for taking the order, her name was aloka or something like that. We ordered a pizza and they said it will take 30 minutes. So we ordered a pastha to eat within the 30 minute Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
