It's a pity, the staff is unprofessional as a number of guests note. According to the reviewers' opinions, The Oven Chef is well known for its enjoyable service. Google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

Extremely disappointing experience with The Oven Chef. I ordered a Biscoff Cheesecake Pastry and a Chocolate Cake via Zomato, and both items were below standard. The cheesecake’s texture was completely damaged, and the chocolate cake had a rotten smell — clearly unfit for consumption. This raises serious concerns about freshness, storage practices, and overall hygiene standards. What was even worse was their response. Despite clearly explaining the issue, they refused to replace the order or offer any resolution. Very poor quality control and zero customer accountability. I will not be ordering from The Oven Chef again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery

I ordered 2 kg costumised cake, which was made beutifully but was full of cream. More then 50 % was cream only. And was over sweet.

We placed and order for customised birthday cake. It was fresh and tasty and was exactly same as shown in the picture.
