There was a terrible stench as soon as we walked in, they tried to mask it with some incsese, I think, but it only made it worse. That should've been a red flag but we stayed because we were hungry and stuck in the pouring rain. Not many options for vegetarians. The dishes we wanted to try wasn't available. There were only a few veg options on the menu anyway - disappointed they didn't have all the 3 dishes we wanted to try. Staff was unkempt. Someone was staring at was creepily from the corner. Despite telling the waiter that we are vegetarians, he got us sharing plates for when our friend had ordered chicken. Also, he placed an order for something we didn't order and looked muffed when we sent it back. Overall, we were disappointed with the attitude of the staff, the menu and that awful smell. The place has potential, if only they improve their food options and hired better staff. A place like Outpost can make experiences better if they trained their staff to pay attention and host appropriately. Even if we didn't eat, the experience would've been better, if your staff was being nice and looked presentable. It felt like we were in a small casual shack by the beach.
