Check in was easy and quick. We had arrived a little early but that was no problem for the staff. We had a meal in the cafe, the food was delicious and plentiful, I would definitely recommend it. Breakfast also had options to suit most palettes, the freshly cooked omelette station was a nice touch. Our bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best that we’ve experienced so far in India, this is our fifth hotel in the past two weeks. Less appealing was the mould in the shower and discoloured towels, but the towels were soft and visually on a par to the other ones we have used. The shower functioned well with excellent water pressure and was a good temperature in the morning. Traveler beware though that the seal was not effective so the bathroom floor was made wet. Under the bed would benefit from a deep clean. The fan was well placed for use overnight and the aircon worked efficiently and was quiet. Our room faced out the back and double glazing meant we did not hear road sounds, which was most welcome! Service: 4

The staff were so friendly and kind specially Vipul & Ajay. They helped me a lot with everything I needed. But the room was not clean. The towel was old and stained. The bathroom was “meh” . Service: 4

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, primarily due to the exceptional service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. What truly stood out was the staff's helpfulness, they were always ready to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. In particular, Mr AYAZ was incredibly supportive and always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
