The staff were so friendly and kind specially Vipul & Ajay. They helped me a lot with everything I needed. But the room was not clean. The towel was old and stained. The bathroom was “meh” . Service: 4

Check in was easy and quick. We had arrived a little early but that was no problem for the staff. We had a meal in the cafe, the food was delicious and plentiful, I would definitely recommend it. Breakfast also had options to suit most palettes, the freshly cooked omelette station was a nice touch. Our bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best that we’ve experienced so far in India, this is our fifth hotel in the past two weeks. Less appealing was the mould in the shower and discoloured towels, but the towels were soft and visually on a par to the other ones we have used. The shower functioned well with excellent water pressure and was a good temperature in the morning. Traveler beware though that the seal was not effective so the bathroom floor was made wet. Under the bed would benefit from a deep clean. The fan was well placed for use overnight and the aircon worked efficiently and was quiet. Our room faced out the back and double glazing meant we did not hear road sounds, which was most welcome! Service: 4

Guys never book this hotel. It is the wirst place to live. I booked a family suite and this is what happened 1. The hotel claims to be smoke free but the whole hotel is a smoke den. You cannot breathe anywhere inside or outside the room. Three members of the family got sick because of smoke smell 2. Bathroom which is inside the room does not have any exhaust. As a result the entire smell comes inside the room 3. The rooms have mould smell 4. They do not care about you, all they care is about making money 5. Had guests at night 3 am who were shouting at their best, called the receptionist that we cannot sleep and this nuisances should stop but they did nothing to stop that, as a result sick by smoke smell all three of us could not sleep the whole night. 6 Food is horrible. Had breakfast and dinner included in the price but had to go out for dinner as the quality of food was horrible and unhygienic. 7. Overall reporting this hotel to ministry of health against the smoke smell and to police department against mis management. 8. I have collected enough evidence against the hotel. So guys save your money and do not stay in this hotel. There are better options available elsewhere at better prices Service: 1
