Dear Sir, We are extremely sorry for the problems that you faced during your stay with us. We would like to like to assure you that the inconveniences faced by you was because your stay was with us during the transition of the hotel being handed back from the lessee of the hotel back to the original management. The callous and reckless attitude of the lessees did put several of our guests through inconveniences which we sincerely apologise for. Please do come back for a feel of The 'All New' Oriental. We assure you of an elevated experience and levels of service we were famed for prior to the hotel being run on a lease with other managements.
