Room full of cockroach.. staff behaviour really worst ... They ll behave as though we are staying there for free ... Third rated staff ... They are encouraging only unmarried couples which is a very serious concern there

1/5 stars Disappointing experience at The Orbis Hotel in Coimbatore. Initially, I booked two rooms for one day and requested a late checkout at 8 PM. However, the hotel insisted on their standard time and agreed till 4 PM checkout time and convinced me to pay for an extra day for one room. The next day, when checking out at 4 PM as per their terms, they demanded payment for a full day's stay for one rooms. The lack of clarity and flexibility in their policies was frustrating. The staff's attitude was unhelpful, and the billing process was confusing. Unless they revamp their policies and customer service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others." Service: 1
