The old mirchi briyani, Velachery A long-standing desire was fulfilled when I visited this restaurant with my family on my wedding day. Upon arrival at 1:45 pm, we encountered a substantial crowd with approximately 20 individuals waiting outside. Although the establishment had a well-organized system for managing the crowd, the waiting area lacked proper seating arrangements. After securing a table, we placed orders for Mutton chukka briyani, Appollo fish, guntur prawn, and non-vegetarian meals. The Appollo fish is a must-try dish, expertly prepared with ginger and chilly. The Mutton briyani was also satisfactory, with a generous portion size. However, I felt that the mutton was slightly undercooked, resulting in a chewy texture. The remaining items were notably spicy but flavorful. The service was efficient, and the quick turnaround time was appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed a delightful lunch in a cozy atmosphere.
