To try nicely cooked chicken, kulcha and paneer is a truly good idea. The pleasant staff reflects the style and character of this restaurant. Prompt service is something visitors appreciate here. Expect the homey atmosphere at The Obed. But google users rated this place and it didn't receive a high rating.

Obed is a relatively new restaurant in Bankura Town, open for a few years but still not very well known. It is located near the Bankura bus stand and just a little away from the fire brigade. We visited for takeout, though we checked out the ambiance and found it to be quite amazing. The quality of the food was good, and they recommended some of their signature dishes, which were satisfactory. However, the pricing felt a bit too high for what was offered.
